Trade Policy for Trade Loyalty Program

Eligibility and Approval:

  • The Trade Loyalty Program is exclusively applicable to trade clients in the gemstone selling and jewellery industry.
  • All interested clients must apply for approval through our online application form.
  • The acceptance of trade clients is at the sole discretion of Evolution Gemstones, and we reserve the right to decline or revoke trade membership without providing specific reasons.

Discount Structure:

  • The discount offered under the Trade Loyalty Program are applicable to faceted gemstones only.
  • Approved trade clients will start at the Spinel Level, receiving a 10% discount on all faceted gemstones.
  • Upon reaching a cumulative purchase value of $20,000.00 AUD, trade clients will be elevated to the Sapphire Level, enjoying a 15% discount on future faceted gemstone orders.
  • Reaching a cumulative purchase value of $40,000.00AUD will grant trade clients the esteemed Diamond Level, with an exceptional 20% discount on all faceted gemstone purchases and complimentary standard shipping.

Trade Client Definition:

  • Trade clients refer to individuals or businesses actively involved in the gemstone selling and jewellery industry, including gemstone wholesalers, jewellery designers, retailers, and manufactures.

Exclusive Use of Discount Codes:

  • The discount codes provided to the approved trade clients are intended for their exclusive use only.
  • Sharing or allowing the use of discount codes by non-approved clients is strictly prohibited.
  • Any suspected activity where discount codes have been shared or used by non-approved clients will result in the immediate exclusion from the Trade Loyalty Program.

Removal from Program:

  • Evolution Gemstones reserves the right to remove trade clients from the Trade Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice, if there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of the program’s terms and conditions as set out in this policy.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Evolution Gemstones retains the right to exclude specific items from further discounts, including trade discounts, based on product availability, scarcity, or promotional reasons.
  • We may modify or terminate the Trade Loyalty Program, its benefits, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

Referral to Other Policies:

  • Trade clients are encouraged to review and adhere to all other policies, terms and conditions of Evolution Gemstones, including our general, shipping, return policies and privacy policies.

By participating in the Trade Loyalty Program, trade clients agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Evolution Gemstones is committed to offering an outstanding trade experience while ensuring the program runs efficiently and effectively.
