* International shipping is available to New Zealand, USA, UK, and Europe.

** We offer an option for a custom shipping quote using private courier services for select orders. Additional charges will apply based on the destination and courier service chosen. We can also obtain quotes for additional shipping coverage, charges based on coverage amount, destination and courier service.

Shipping Policy 

At Evolution Gemstones, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our customers. This includes providing transparent and efficient shipping services. Please find our shipping policy details below:

Order Processing time:
  • All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment.
  • Customised items may require additional processing time. Details will be communicated upon order placement.
Domestic Shipping
  • For standard shipping within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $20.00 AUD postage & handling for purchases under $1000.00AUD.
  • Free shipping is available for purchases of $1000.00AUD and over within Australia.
  • We use Australia Post’s Express Post Delivery service for all domestic shipments, ensuring secure delivery, with a signature required on delivery. 

International Shipping
  • International shipping is available to New Zealand, USA, UK, and Europe. *
  • For international orders we charge a flat rate of $40.00AUD
  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We use Australia Post’s International Express Post Delivery service.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times for both domestic and international orders will be provided with your tracking information and based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method.
  • Domestic Shipping takes between 2-7 business days.
  • International shipping takes between 10-20 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays or customs processing. 
  • While Australia Post’s Express delivery remains their fastest postal delivery option, according to their website they cannot guarantee next business day delivery.

Tracking Information:

    • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your package.

    Shipping Restrictions:

    • Some products may have shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for international shipping. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    Delayed Shipping:

    • Please be aware that shipping can sometimes be delayed due to our travelling lifestyle and remote locations. Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays or customs processing. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays and keep you informed throughout the process.

    Private Courier Services:

    • We offer an option for a quote using private courier services for select orders. Additional charges will apply based on the destination and courier service chosen. 

    Lost or damaged packages:

    • In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible and we will promptly investigate and assist you with the issue. If you can take photos of the item's condition and note your order number to assist us with our investigation, that is greatly appreciated. We address these case-by-case and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

    Return-to-Sender (RTS) Packages:

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
